Standing up Against modern slavery

Our commitment to ethical practices, transparency, and human rights to fight against forced labour and human trafficking in all forms to build a better world helping the United Nations.

                    Anti-Slavery Policy

Gravitai is committed to preventing slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking in all of its operations and supply chains. We have a zero-tolerance approach to such practices and will take all necessary steps to ensure compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We expect our employees, suppliers, and partners to comply with this policy and uphold the highest ethical standards. We conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance and identify any potential risks of slavery and human trafficking in our operations.

If we identify any instances of slavery or human trafficking in our operations or supply chains, we will take immediate action to address the situation and work with relevant authorities to ensure justice is served.

                    No Forced Labour

We are committed to ensuring that there is no forced labour or human trafficking in our business or supply chains. We expect our suppliers to uphold the same standards and to comply with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our employees are entitled to work voluntarily and free from any form of coercion, intimidation or harassment. We do not engage in any single form of forced labour, including bonded, indentured or involuntary labour.

We have implemented procedures to identify and assess potential risks of forced labour in our supply chains. We work with our suppliers to ensure that they are aware of our expectations and to support them in addressing any issues identified.

We will take appropriate action against any supplier found to be in breach of our policy or the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, up to and including termination of the business relationship.

                    Human Trafficking Prevention

Gravitai is committed to preventing human trafficking in all its forms. We will not tolerate any involvement in human trafficking or exploitation and will take every reasonable step to prevent it.

We will strive to maintain a work environment that is free of human trafficking and exploitation, and will make every effort to ensure that our business partners and suppliers share our commitment to this important issue. We will conduct due diligence on our supply chains to ensure that they are not linked to human trafficking, and will take appropriate action if we discover any violations of our policy.

We are committed to continuous improvement and will regularly review and update our policies and practices to ensure that we are doing everything we can to prevent human trafficking and exploitation.

                    Ethical Sourcing

We are fully committed to sourcing our products and services ethically and responsibly.

We believe that it is our single responsibility to ensure that the goods and services we provide are produced in a way that respects human rights, promotes fair labour practices, and protects the environment.

To achieve this, we work with suppliers who share our values and who operate in accordance with our strict ethical standards.

We expect our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and we conduct regular audits to ensure that they meet our standards.

We also engage with our suppliers to help them improve their practices and to promote ethical sourcing throughout our supply chain. We believe that by working together, we can create a more sustainable and ethical supply chain, and contribute to a better future for everyone.

At Gravitai, we are committed to upholding fair labour standards in our operations and supply chain. We believe that all workers, regardless of their position or location, deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Our commitment to fair labour standards is rooted in our values of social responsibility, ethical business practices, and human rights.

To achieve this commitment, we have implemented several policies and procedures to ensure that our operations and supply chain meet or exceed internationally recognised labour standards.

We work closely with our suppliers and partners to ensure that they share our commitment to fair labour practices, and we continuously monitor and audit their compliance with our policies.

Our fair labour standards policy includes provisions for prohibiting forced labour, child labour, and any form of human trafficking. We also ensure that all workers are paid fairly and receive all legally mandated benefits, such as sick leave and vacation time. Additionally, we provide a safe and healthy work environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, and any other forms of abuse.

We believe that our commitment to fair labour standards not only benefits our workers and supply chain partners but also strengthens our business and contributes to a more sustainable and equitable society. We will continue to monitor and improve our labour practices to ensure that we are doing our part to create a better world for everyone.

                    Responsible Supply Chain

we are highly committed to ensuring that our supply chain is responsible and ethical. We recognise the key importance of ensuring that our suppliers operate in a manner that respects human rights and is in line with our values.

To achieve this, we take a proactive approach to supplier selection and management.

We require our suppliers to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines our expectations regarding ethical and responsible behaviour.

This includes respect for human rights, adherence to labour laws and regulations, and a commitment to environmental sustainability.

We also engage with our suppliers on an ongoing basis to monitor their performance and address any concerns that arise. In addition, we seek further to foster transparency and accountability throughout our supply chain by encouraging our suppliers to disclose information about their practices and performance.

We understand that the responsibility for ensuring a responsible supply chain extends beyond our direct suppliers. We therefore work with our suppliers to promote responsible practices throughout their own supply chains. This includes working with them to identify risks and opportunities for improvement, and supporting them in implementing solutions that promote ethical and responsible behaviour.

Ultimately, our goal is to create a responsible supply chain that is aligned with our values and helps us to achieve our business objectives in a sustainable and ethical manner.

                    Combatting Exploitation

We will continue to monitor our operations and supply chains closely and take action whenever necessary to ensure that exploitation is never tolerated.
