With this in mind, we are committed to reducing our impact on the environment and continually improving our methods around environmental performance as integral part of our business strategy and operating methods.

Policy Aims
The aims of this policy is set to ensure the following is done, such as: complying with all relevant regulatory requirements, continually improve / monitor environmental performance, continually improve and reduce environmental impacts with the business, incorporate environmental factors into business decisions and increase employee awareness.
Paper
We will complete the following to contribute: Minimise the use of paper in the office, reduce packaging as much as we can where said possible, seek to but recycled paper products, reuse and recycle all paper where possible.
Energy And Water
We will seek to reduce the amount of energy used as much as possible by doing the following: switching off lights and all electrical equipment when not in use, adjusting the heating with energy consumption and efficiency of new products into account when purchasing them.
Office Supplies
We will complete the following when it comes to office the office supplies: evaluating the need if it can be met in another sustainable way, evaluating the environmental impact of any new products we intend to purchase, favour more friendly products which help the environment and reuse and recycle everything we are able to.
Transportation
We will, reduce the need for travel, restricting to the only trips needed which are essential, maintain our 'Work From Home' policy, so it minimises daily travel, promote the use of travel alternatives such as e-mail, video / phone or conferencing, make additional efforts to accommodate the needs of those who are using public transport bicycles and favour the 'green' vehicles and maintain them via an on-going basis.
Maintenance And Cleaning
We will ensure the following when it comes to maintenance and cleaning: use the cleaning materials which are friendly to the environment, use materials in any office refurbishment that are as environmentally friendly as possible, and only use licensed and appropriate organisations to dispose of waste.
Monitoring and Improvement
We will comply with the following when it regards the key monitoring and improvement with environmental matters, that include the following: complying with all regulatory relevant requirements, improve and monitor performance via a environmental perspective, incorporate the environmental factors into the business decisions, increasing the employee awareness through training and reviewing this policy and any related business issues during weekly management talks and meetings as planned.
Culture
We will ensure with this policy that: we update the policy at least once annually in consultation with staff and other key business stakeholders where needed, involve staff in the huge implementation of this policy, working with suppliers, clients, contractors and sub-contractors to improve their situation around environmental factors and performance and use local labour and materials where available to reduce CO2 and help the local community.
