FEEDING JUST EAT’S APPETITE FOR SUCCESS

We served up a global implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Just Eat which consisted of a data landscape design, marketing platform implementation for 14 countries, and deployment of 50+ automated marketing campaigns across customer channels of App (Push), Email and SMS. The implementation required real-time integration with bespoke order transaction and voucher systems.

Customer automated experiences were developed using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder) to promote restaurant and cuisine recommendations across on-boarding, nurturing, reactivation and retention campaigns. Several real-time campaigns were also developed for Order Confirmation, Offer-Rewards, Password Reset and Order Surveying.

We developed a bespoke predictive content algorithm for Just Eat to allow the CRM team to ‘drag and drop’ content elements into emails to display personalised content and restaurant recommendations based on the customer’s tastes, experiences, preferences, proximity and order history.

 

We also supported Just Eat UK with their re-brand launch which consisted of the creation of new Templates, Content Blocks and re-assembly of over 100 automated emails and landing pages.

Using Automated Marketing, Just Eat tasted success with significant increases of Open and Click-Through Rate, which attributed to substantial increases in repeat orders and revenue growth.
