Role Introduction

We seek an Account Executive (Odoo) to join and expand our growing technology practice. The candidate in question will be responsible for increasing the company's sales and revenue through existing Odoo client accounts and generating new potential opportunities by recommending solutions to prospects and converting generated leads into new customers.

Collaborating with the Head of Client Engagement, you will work closely in the department to maintain regular contact with stakeholders, arrange and attend client meetings, drive sales growth, assist in sales strategies and promote Odoo awareness across the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities (Role Based)

To match their day-to-day activities and operations while at Gravitai, the successful candidate will have specific responsibilities to adhere to, investing their skillset and knowledge within their role and the department's critical requirements and needs.

  • Work closely and communicate regularly with the Sales team
  • Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
  • Help assist in arranging on-site visits with customers
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
  • Remain in contact with relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and grow existing Odoo accounts for long-term successful relationships
  • Ensuring happiness and satisfaction across customers 
  • Driving growth in Odoo leads and sales.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with customers, as well as opportunities and prospected leads
  • Participate in sales meetings and relevant focus meetings regarding targets
  • Recording Sales data and using this to plan efficient strategies
  • Using data such as account portfolio revenue, retention growth and re-contracting to grow
  • Encourage the use of creativity to get the best results
  • Continuing to champion the Odoo ecosystem in the United Kingdom and Ireland


Among the roles and responsibilities a candidate must possess, you must also meet the following requirements with skills and qualifications to ensure that you are fit for the position.

  • Extensive knowledge of the Odoo stack, including functionality and operations
  • Proven experience within the Odoo ecosystem
  • 3+ years experience working as an Account Executive or similar role previously
  • Commercial acumen
  • Strong software and technology awareness
  • Have the ability to detect pain points in businesses
  • Excellent stakeholder and business development skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 stack
  • Odoo Certification (not essential but desirable)
